Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto in a notification, has informed all Heads of Offices that the Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) Enrollment Centre for Government employees has been set up at DC’s Office and has started functioning. The Heads of Offices are directed to inform all the employees under their establishment to register at the earliest.

Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto in a notification stated that declaration of Village/Area/Range consensus candidates by public/range/area organizations/Village Council is violative of various election related laws and offence under the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the upcoming General Election to Nagaland Legislative Assembly 2023 and in compliance to Commission's instructions vide letter No. 491/MCMC/1/2023/ Communication dated 5th January 2023, the State Level Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMC) has been constituted as under:

Deputy Commissioner Peren, Vineet Kumar has informed all concerned that, given the forthcoming General Elections to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly that the declaration of Village/Area/Range consensus candidates by various public organizations/Village Councils/Range Organisation is violative of various election-related laws and offense under the Indian Penal Code.

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Phek has ordered all the Arm Licence holders under Phek District to report to the concerned Police Station between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM latest by 31st January 2023 with arms/ammunition and a License booklet for physical verification.
