The Department of Youth Resources and Sports, Government of Nagaland, Kohima has acknowledged and congratulated all the Medal winners and participants from the State at the recently concluded 2nd Edition of the North East Olympic Games held at Shillong, Meghalaya.

In partial modification of the Directorate of Health & Family Welfare letter No.DHFW-1/MB/524/2019/11217-24 dated 10th December 2022, the 4th State Medical Board Examination for Service Confirmation in respect of the Gazetted Officers which was to be held on 1st November 2022 is rescheduled on 29th November 2022 at 10:00 AM at NHAK. 

A programme was held in Nagaland Civil Secretariat to celebrate the constitution day. Which throughout the country is celebrated every year on 26th November to commemorate the adoption of the constitution of India and to honour and acknowledge the contribution of founding Father of the constitution.

Deputy Commissioner and Vice Chairman DPDB, Kohima has informed all District Planning Development Board (DPDB) members that the monthly meeting for the month of November cum Annual DPDB day-out cum Advent Christmas for the year 2022 will be held on Tuesday the 29th November 2022 at 11:00 AM from the Youth Recreational Hall at Pfuchama under 14th Southern Angami I A/C.

In view of the upcoming Statehood Day Celebration 2022 and Hornbill Festival 2022, the Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Shanavas C IAS has informed that a mass social work will be conducted on 29th November 2022 from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. 

In this regard, all District Offices, Shop Owners/ Business Establishments have been directed to participate in the aforementioned mass social work.

A meeting of the District Level Coordination committee on the National Tobacco Control Programme (NTCP) of Longleng district is convened on 28th November 2022 at DC’s conference hall at 12 noon.
