Having noticed obstruction of entry and exit of health workers and frontline workers from their wards/colonies for performing duties by some individuals or group of individuals, the DC, Dimapur, Rajesh Soundararajan in an Order informed that support and cooperation from all is required from all ends in the fight against COVID-19.

Deputy Commissioner Mon, Thavaseelan K has notified that in view of the increase in COVID-19 positive cases and in the interest of public health and safety and in an effort to break the chain of possible local/community transmission in Mon Town has divided into three Zones. Henceforth, public movement will be permitted in accordance to the days assigned for each Zone w.e.f. 10th August 2020.
