Three Nagaland State Transport bus services carrying 56 Bangalore returnees from Dimapur have reached Kiphire on 6the June 2020.Among the 56 returnees 39 male and 17 female.

Apropos the news item on 6th June, 2020 under the heading Construction of 4 bedded ICU underway at CHC Jalukie, the last paragraph should read as "Apart from construction work carried out by well-wishers, 5 nos of Oxygen cylinders were also donated by NDPP Peren region to meet the urgent needs of CHC Jalukie" and not as published.

This year on the second observance of world Food Safety Day on 7thJune’2020, under the theme “Food safety, everyone’s business”,  we  urge  upon  everyone to take action in ensuring  food safety whether you/we grow, process, transport, store, distribute, sell, prepare, serve or consume food. We all have a role to play in keeping it safe.

World Environment Day celebrated at Satakha on 5th June, 2020. The program was chaired by EAC Satakha, Saku Chang. Keynote address was given by T.L Kiusumong Tikhir, ADC Satakha. Heads of Offices, GBs and other stakeholders attended the program. The day was marked by a plantation drive in respective offices, colonies and churches etc.
