The Department of Information and Public Relations, Nagaland has informed that in pursuance of Section 5(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and in the interest of public service, the Governor of Nagaland is pleased to reconstitute and designate the following officers as Appellate Authority (AA), Public Information Officer (PIO) & Assistant Public Information Officer (APIO) in the Department of Information & Public Relations with immediate effect.

Department of Animal Husbandry &Veterinary Services conducted District Level Workshop on Animal welfare Awareness under the theme. "A Call to Care", held at CVO office Phek on 26th Feb'2026.
In her keynote address, CVO Phek, Dr. E. Mhonlumi Lotha said that program was organised to spread awareness for animal care and that we are responsible for their well being and protection.

The School Education Department has issued a clarification in view of the ongoing agitation by mainstreamed Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) and Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) teachers of the 2010 and 2013 batches regarding the release of their salaries.
