Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) in collaboration with the Dept of IPR, will be conducting a free-of-cost FILM APPRECIATION COURSE for ST participants residing in tribal districts of Nagaland from 13th to 17th June 2022 (5 days) at the Directorate of Information & Public Relations, Kohima.

A monthly DPDB meeting for Peren District was held at Deputy Commissioner conference Hall Peren on 6th June 2022. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Peren, Sentiwapang Aier(NCS). The meeting began with the introduction of new members.

In continuation of the earlier order on 6th May 2022, Deputy Commissioner, Mokokchung, Sashank Pratap Singh, IAS has informed all the Arms Licence Holders who are yet to obtain the Unique Identification Number (UIN) for their Arms Licence to obtain the same from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Mokokchung on or before 31st March 2022.

DC Mon, Thavaseelan K, IAS on 3rd June 2022 issued an advisory prohibiting the plying of heavy vehicles along the stretch of road from NST Junction to Mon- Sonari road, Mon Town, which has been damaged due to incessant rainfall.

Large-scale planting of cherry trees was done at Zunheboto town, DC's Residence, Circuit House, and all 11 wards in Zunheboto town on 6th June 2022.
