In exercise of power conferred under Section 26 of the Representation Act, 1951 Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant, IAS has deputed the government employees under Tuensang District to perform the election duty as Presiding officer, 1st polling officer, 2nd polling officer, 3rd polling officer, 4th polling officer and Grade-IV in the connection with conduct of ensuring bye-election to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly from 51-Noksen

            Deputy Commissioner Kohima Gregory Thejawelie has informed the Food Safety Officer in the  Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Kohima to initiate further necessary action on the matters relating to taking steps or making arrangements to ensure appropriate or authentic brands of honey in the Indian markets and ban or restraining from selling in the market against the adulterated honey sellers companies, shops, malls etc.
