STATE GOVERNMENT BANS USE OF POSTERS IN GOVERNMENT OFFICES DURING FUNCTIONS

The Urban Development Department, Nagaland in a notification dated 6th December 2020 informed that in pursuance to the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India order dated 13th February 2020, using of flex banners/ boards/ posters by departments/ institutions/ government agencies in government offices during functions/ programmes, etc. has been totally banned with immediate effect.

DC PHEK DIRECTS LANDOWNERS/AGENCIES

Deputy Commissioner, Phek, Sachin Jaiswal, IAS has directed all the landowners/other governmental/non-governmental agencies that under section 9(2) of the Nagaland Land Requisition and Acquisition Act 1965 for construction of 2-Laning of Kohima – Jessami Road (Bharatmala Pariyojana) to clear up/vacate the compensated buildings, plantations, fisheries and any other structures on the ROW along packages III, IV & V within 15 days from the date of issue of this order.
