Nagaland mega entertainment held the physique round at Ciekhan fitness, Kezekei Kohima on 3rd April, 2021. The jury members were Thejakhrietuo Kire, Ape Puro and Neisa Rupreo. Hukupa, the proprietor of Ciekhan fitness was the mentor for the physique round. 

The grand finale will be held on April 24 at RCEMPA, Jotsoma, Kohima. According to the President, Nagaland mega entertainment, Samuel Achy Phom, the finalist will be vying for the title of Mr & Miss Nagaland mega model hunt season-1 & the winners will get a direct entry into Mr & Miss India globe and northeast and will also be featured in the upcoming 2021 hornbill festival tourism magazine.
