NEZCC INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR GURU SHISHYA PARAMPARA SCHEME
The North East Zone Cultural Centre, Dimapur invites application for availing the Guru Shishya Parampara Scheme for 2019-2020. Candidates within the age group of 45 to 75 years having thorough knowledge for imparting training in any cultural field of the region, i.e. folk dance/songs, bamboo/cane/wood craft, folk theatre, woodcraft, mask making etc., emphasis is given on Dying & Vanishing art forms of the region.
On selection and appointment of the Guru, he/she will appoint an Assistant and 4 (four) Shishyas (within the age group of 15-25 yrs) and impart training for one year. The rate of honoraria per month for one year is as follows:
