As part of SWACCHATA Hi SeVa, Medziphema sub-division conducted a mass social work on 30th September, 2023 to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his upcoming birth anniversary on 2nd October.

The mass social work commenced from 6am.  People from different sections, educational institutions, NGOs, government departments, both state and central village leaders and citizens come together to clean streets, public space and surrounding areas. Medziphema administration and MTC provided assistance and executed the work. The mass social work was a great success with active participation from all public and government institutions.
