The inaugural event of VIKSIT Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) took place on December 4, 2023, at the DC office complex in Tseminyu District. The occasion featured a recorded message from the Prime Minister, a Sankalp (pledge) video of VIKSIT Bharat, personal narratives titled "Meri Kahani, Meri Zubani," and insightful experience-sharing sessions by beneficiaries from the Rural Development (RD), Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), and Agriculture departments.

ADC Tseminyu, Longasen Lotha NCS, delivered the launching speech for VBSY, emphasizing its significance for the district. The program, skillfully chaired by Jenny Kath, BDO Tseminyu, marked the beginning of this transformative journey towards rural development and success stories in Tseminyu.
