In pursuance to the Municipal Affairs Department letter No.MAC-65/2016(Pt)/503 dated, Kohima the 1st July 2024 and in partial modification to this Office Notice No. DCN/ULB ELECTION-1 /2024/298 dated 2nd July 2024, a meeting is hereby convened for all Elected Candidates of Niuland Town Council on 4th July 2024 at 11:00 AM at DC’s Conference Hall, Niuland wherein, the Oath of Affirmation will be administered to all the elected members of Niuland Town Council in accordance with Section 60 A of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2003 as per the format.

After which the election of Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson as per Section 12 (3) and 23 of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2003 will be held for Niuland Town Council.

Therefore, all the elected members of Niuland Town Council are hereby requested to attend the meeting positively.
