Along with the rest of the country, the 75th Republic Day was celebrated at Public Ground, Seyochung HQ, Kiphire on 26th January 2024.

Advisor, Minority Affairs and Sericulture, Imkongmar graced the occasion as the Special Guest.  The parade continents included Village Guards Seyochung HQ Lukhami Village and Old Monger Village. The National Anthem was performed by St. Mary's High School while cultural dance was performed by Sumi Community Seyochung Town and Sangtam Community Seyochung Town. A special number was presented by Lumlila Sangtam. 

The programme was attended by head of offices, officers & staff of Government offices, DBs, GBs, Village Council Chairmen and the public.
