Nagaland Board of School Education has notified for information of all concerned that issue of digitally signed E-Migration Certificate is made available in the NBSE portal https://nbsenl.edu.in/ for HSLC & HSSLC passed candidates starting from the academic year 2023-24.

            The Heads of registered Institutions and all concerned are hereby informed that under the IT Act, 2000, a digitally signed document is equivalent to the handwritten/signed hard copy document. Hence, the students in possession of digitally signed E-Migration Certificate issued by the Board should not be deprived of their admission on grounds of non-submission of the hard copy. The said document is embedded with a QR code which may be scanned by any QR code scanner to verify the details of the certificate.
