Deputy Commissioner, Kohima, Kumar Ramnikant, IAS has issued a circular informing all concerned that a follow-up program under the Assistance to Disabled Persons for purchasing/Fitting of Aids/Appliances (ADIP) Scheme will be held on July 31, 2024, at 10:30 AM. The event will take place at the Kohima Municipal Council Office Building complex, 1st floor, for the distribution of aids and appliances to beneficiaries assessed during the camp held from October 27, 2023, to October 31, 2023.

All beneficiaries who were part of the assessment camp are requested to attend the program without fail and bring the following documents:

• Acknowledgement receipt given on the day of the assessment

• Disability certificate

• One ID for identification
