District Administration, Peren along with all the heads of Departments’ meeting was held and discuss matter pertaining to the work distribution for the forthcoming 78th Independence Day celebration in Peren. Deputy Commissioner, Peren Hiazu Meru opined the officers to give their courtesy call to DC, Peren in case the officer can't attend the meeting.

The meeting begins with a round of self-introduction. The meeting entrusted different task to all the departments and requested them to actively participate in their assign work. The meeting has also decided to put up stalls during the celebration of 78th Independence Day.

DC, Peren, Hiazu Meru informed the PHED Department to ensure a safe and reliable water supply and urged them to give their priority in the district Head Quarter. D.C also requested the police department to have round of patrolling in the office area from time to time, to ensure security measures and vigil from robbery.  In the meeting the house also resolved to have a mass Social work in the district on 10th August 2024 for the forthcoming Independence day.
