Deputy Commissioner Tuensang, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa has notified that the land from Km 39 to 106.650 km and from 118 km, 120 Km on NH-202 under Tuensang District is required for acquisition for widening of existing single-lane road to two-lane with paved shoulder.
Therefore, in exercise of the power conferred under Section 9(2) of the Nagaland Land Acquisition Act 1965, Acquisition Act 1884, the Deputy Commissioner Tuensang is authorised by the State Government as the Competent Authority has notified that if any person/party have claim and objectives over the said area, the same may be submitted to the office within a period of 10 (Ten) days with effect from 5th August 2024.
