Deputy Commissioner, Phek, John Tsulise has informed that the Medical Department, Phek will be conducting house to house headcount surveys w. e. f 1st September 2024 under Phek town in order to collect data for routine immunization, micro planning, non-communicable disease, TB, Leprosy etc for the year 2024-2025.

Therefore, all are requested to cooperate and assist the Medical Department for the successful conduct of the survey.
