The Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland has informed in a Press Release that the draft photo electoral roll has been published on 29^th October 2024 for all 60 (Sixty) Assembly Constituencies in Nagaland by the respective Electoral Registration Officers. The number of electors as per the draft roll, 2025 is as per the table below:-

            The Electors-Population (EP) ratio of the State is 534 and Elector Gender ratio stands at 1009 as per the published draft roll.

            The period for filing claims and objections will be from 29^th October2024 to 28^th November 2024. Special camps will be held in all the polling stations on 8^th November 2024 (Friday) & 9^th November 2024 (Saturday) and 22^nd November 2024 (Friday) & 23^rd November 2024 (Saturday) for receiving claims and objections.

Citizens can file claims and objections with the concerned Booth Level Officer or with the AERO and ERO. Forms are available for download in ECI and CEO’s website. Online applications can also be filed/submitted online through voters.eci.gov.in (links are provided in the ECI and CEO’s website) or mobile app – VHA (voter helpline app) which is available for download in Google Play Store app and Apple Store app.

                        The final photo electoral roll will be published on 10^th January 2025.
