Pursuant to the Cabinet Approval vide No, CAB-1/14/2023 dated 12.09.2024, absorption orders for 147 Assistant Professors and Librarians were issued vide Notification No. HTE/HE/134-3/2020 (Pt. 1I)/5I dated 17.12.2024.

On account of various complaints and objections, the State Cabinet has reviewed the matter in its meeting held on 21st April 2025 and directed that all the above said absorption notification be kept in abeyance immediately.

Therefore, in the interest of public service, the Governor of Nagaland is pleased to keep all the 147 absorption notifications referred above with immediate effect.

The notification is issued with the approval of the Cabinet vide No.CAB-l/l4/2023 dated 21st April, 2025
