The Department of Minority Affairs has informed that the applications are invited for the post of Superintendent in the Pay Level-13 of the Pay Matrix from employees serving under the Government of Nagaland on deputation basis for a period of 03 (three) years or till such time the cadre staff qualify to hold the post, whichever is earlier under the Directorate of Minority Affairs, Government of Nagaland.

      Officers holding analogous posts or holding a post on a regular basis in immediate lower Pay Level with 03 (three) years of experience in establishment matters are also eligible to apply.

      While submitting the applications, the candidates have been requested to submit biodata/service details/experience duly certified by the parent Department and NOC from the parent Department.

      After scrutiny of the applications, suitable candidates will be shortlisted and called for interview/personal interaction by the Selection Committee.

      Interested candidates have been informed to submit application addressed to the Commissioner & Secretary, Minority Affairs on or before 30.09.2025.
