In view of the recommendation received from the Chief Medical Officer, Peren for lifting of contained areas in Jalukie and Tening, Deputy Commissioner of Peren, Sentiwapang Aier on 29th July, 2020 has issued an order that the areas contained i.e., Dobashi Colony (Ward 1) Jalukie Town, Ward 5 Tening Town and Mhaikam Village as per order NO.PRN/DEV/CORONA/2020 dated 2nd July, 2020 is hereby lifted with immediate effect.

In addition, the DC also directed the Sub-Divisional Task Force to ensure that the contained zones are opened up immediately coupled with the initiation of intensive Information, Education and Communication (IEC) activities with regard to COVID-19 within their respective jurisdiction.
