Directorate of Employment, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Nagaland, Kohima has informed  Trainees who have undergone training at various Govt. Industrial Training Institutes, in Nagaland, for the period 2024-25 (i.e 1 year course 2024-2025 and 1^st year of 2 year course 2024-2026) are hereby informed to apply in the CTSS portal (https://serviceonline.gov.in/directApply.do?serviceId=2600)  for availing Stipend, starting from the 21^st  April, 2026 to 20^th May, 2026.

Further, trainees who are unable to apply in the above portal may contact / visit their respective Institute for registering in the portal. Failure to apply in the portal at the stipulated time, the concerned authority will not be held responsible.

Trainees of 2^nd year of 2-year course (2023-2025 sessions) need not apply in the portal as they are already registered.

Required Documents for registering in the portal;

            i.   Passport size photo

            ii.  Front page of Bank Pass Book

            iii. Govt. ITI Identification Card.
