An Inspection-cum-Coordination Meeting was conducted by the District Administration, Atoizu, in collaboration with the Atoizu Town Council, Gaon Buras, Sumi Totomi Loka Atoizu, Sumi Totomi Loka Asukhuto, Students’ Union Atoizu Town and Students’ Union Asukhuto Town on 21st August 2026.
As part of the programme, the team visited various government offices and institutions in Atoizu, including Khelhoshe Polytechnic, Atoizu; the offices of the Executive Engineer, PWD (R&B), and Sub-Divisional Officer, PWD (R&B); Sub-Divisional Education Office; Police Station; Primary Health Centre; Sub-District Industries Centre; Government High School; Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Department; Power Department; Public Health Engineering Department (PHED); Forest Department; and the Horticulture Farm.
Following the inspections, a coordination and consultative meeting was held with representatives of the concerned departments and stakeholders. During the meeting, grievances were shared, proposals were put forward, and the needs and requirements of various offices and institutions were appraised to the District Administration for appropriate consideration and necessary action.
The inspection also noted that the offices of the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) and the Forest Department were found closed despite prior intimation regarding the inspection
(DIPR)
