The Office of the Senior Treasury Officer, Peren, has informed all pensioners drawing monthly pension from the Senior Treasury Office, Peren, that the Annual Physical Verification of Pensioners for 2026 will be conducted circle-wise from October 12 to 14, 2026, at the Treasury Office, Peren.

As per the verification schedule, pensioners belonging to Tening Circle will undergo verification on October 12, while pensioners from Jalukie, Ngwalwa and Athibung Circles will be verified on October 13. Pensioners from Peren Circle will be verified on October 14.

Pensioners attending the verification have been directed to produce a certified copy of the Life Certificate, Pensioner ID Card, photocopy of Aadhaar Card, photocopy of Bank Passbook and two passport-size photographs. In cases of mismatch in the name/date of birth between the Aadhaar Card and PPO Book, the concerned pensioner is required to produce the Birth Certificate as per PPO and an Affidavit for Declaration of Name issued by a first class Magistrate, as applicable.

The Treasury Office further clarified that pensioners who have registered in the Jeevan Pramaan Portal, generated a Digital Life Certificate and successfully mapped it with the Pension Payment Application will be exempted from the upcoming physical verification.

It also appealed to all concerned pensioners to take note of the schedule and complete the required verification formalities accordingly.
