Along with the rest of state in celebrating the National Voluntary Blood Donation Day, the Voluntary Blood Donors Association Kohima (VBDAK) in collaboration with Nagaland State AIDS Control Society (NSACS), National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO) and Blood Bank, Naga Hospital Authority Kohima (NHAK) organized a Walk-In Blood Donation Camp at Naga Hospital Kohima from 10.a.m – 3.p.m. on 1st October 2020.

This programme was organized to address the needs and shortage  of blood during this public health crisis where voluntary donors are needed more than ever and also to  maintain safe and adequate blood supply for patient in need. All safety measures were followed during the donation drive. All together 15 persons turned up to donate blood. The Voluntary Blood Donor's Association Kohima has thanked all the voluntary donors for their response and contribution.
