The Additional Deputy Commissioner HQ & Returning Officer- 60 Pungro-Kiphire (ST) AC Kiphire, Nyempo Wallim, NCS has notified that an election is to be held of a Member to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly in the Pungro-Kiphire (ST) Assembly Constituency.

Therefore, Nomination papers may be delivered by a Candidate or by any of his proposers to ADC (HQ) & Returning Officer, Nyempo Wallim or to EAC (HQ) & Assistant Returning Officer, Imlijungla Lemtur at the Office Chamber of Additional Deputy Commissioner HQ Kiphire between 11:00 AM to 3:00PM on any day (other than public holiday) not later than 3:00 PM on 16/ 10/ 2020 (Friday)

Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid;

The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at 11.00 AM on 17/ 10 / 2020 (Saturday) at the DC Conference Hall, Kiphire.

Notice of withdrawal of Candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his proposers or by his election agent who has been authorised in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the Officers specified in paragraph (2) above at the office before 3.00 PM on the 19/10/2020 (Monday)

In the event of election being contested, the poll will be taken on the 03/11/2020 (Tuesday) between the hours from 06:00 AM to 4.00 PM.
