            At the ongoing session of the seventh session of the Thirteenth Legislative Assembly on 18th February, 2021, Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio moved that leave be granted to introduce the ‘Nagaland Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Amendment) Bill, 2021. The Bill will be introduced on 19th February, 2021.

            Chief Minister and Minister-in-Charge of Finance also laid on the table a copy of the review of the trends in receipts and expenditure for the first, second and third quarter of the year 2020-21, as required under section 11 of the Nagaland Fiscal Responsibility band Budget Management Act 2005.

            Administrative reports of various departments were also laid on the table including that of  Department of Border Affairs; Department of Information Technology & Communication; Department of Science& Technology; Department of Tourism; Department of Economic & Statistics; Department of Renewable Energy; Department of Municipal Affairs; Department of Horticulture; Department of Labour; Department of State Institute  of Rural Development, which was laid by the Chief Minister.

            Minister for Planning & Coordination ,Land Revenue and Parliamentary Affairs, Neiba Kronu laid on the table  a copy of Annual Administrative Report 2020-21of  the Directorate of Evaluation, Department of planning & Coordination.

            Minister of Health & Family Welfare, S. Pangnyu Phom laid a copy of Annual Adminstrative Report 2020-21 of the Department of Health & Family Welfare.

            Minister for Transport, Civil& Aviation & Railways and Land Resources, P. Paiwang Phom, laid on the table a copy of Annual Administrative Report 2020-21 of the Land Resources Department.

            Minister for Public Health& Engineering, N.Jacob Zhimomi laid on the table a copy of Annual Administrative Report of 2020-21 of Public Health & Engineering.
