The State level function for celebration of 75th Independence Day shall be held at Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza on 15/08/2021. The National Day Celebration shall be attended compulsorily by all the officers and staff of the Nagaland Civil Secretariat.

2. The staff may use the Secretariat bus, which will start from their respective pick up points at 8:00 AM on 15/08/2021, for coming to attend the function. The officials of the Secretariat are directed to also attend the evening programme of the day at the Secretariat Plaza.

3. All Administrative Heads of Department have been requested to make arrangements for taking the attendance of their respective staff present in the function and submit the attendance sheet to Home Department for necessary action. Supervisor will take attendance of the Grade IV staff of the Nagaland Civil Secretariat.

4. The officers and staff attending the function are expected at all times to adhere to COVID-19 appropriate behaviours in the form of wearing masks, maintaining social distancing etc.
