Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, NCS, in an order stated that it has come to the notice that developmental activities are being carried out along the RoW of the on-going 4-Lane Project (Kohima District) by some private individuals on the pretext that the 4-Lane constructions are over. However, it is to inform all public and those undertaking developmental activities within the RoW of the 4-Lane Road Project (Kohima District), that any developmental activities or any type of illegal constructions of any structures/ makeshifts etc, within the RoW of the Project is 'strictly prohibited’.

Therefore, the public have been informed not to undertake any such activities, failing which demolition or eviction will be done without prior information, this is issued for strict compliance.
