Minister of state for Panchayati Raj, Kapil Moreshwar Patil asked the officials present to give in written the various problem faced by them in their respective departments during an interaction session held at Hotel de Oriental Grand, Kohima on 29th October 2021.

Every Department has different guidelines and assured that he will take up the matter with senior Cabinet Ministers and highlight the difficulties and bring out solution for the interest of the Departments. Patil asked the officials to put up signboard under what head or finance commission the development work is being carried out in order to let people know that development is reaching at their doorsteps.                                                         

The Minister assured his support for the development of the state. He mentioned the commitment of the Prime Minister of India to place the North Eastern states at par with the other states of the Country.                                    

The departments of Rural Development, Urban Development, Social Welfare, Land Resources Department, Roads & Bridges, Coffee Board and Rubber Board presented PowerPoint presentation of the various activities undertaken by their respective Department.
