In pursuance of Home Department Memorandum NO.POL/ARMS/12/13 the Deputy Commissioner Kiphire has informed that all concerned Arms Licence holders registered under the Office of Deputy Commissioner, Kiphire that generation of Unique Identification Number (UIN) has been extended up to 31st March 2023.

In this regard, DC Kiphire has informed all Arms Licence holders under the Kiphire district who have not obtained a Unique Identification Number (UIN) have been directed to deposit their Arms Licence to the undersigned Office on or before 31st March 2023 for entry into the NDAL Portal. DC has warned that failure to generate the UIN in a stipulated time shall lead to cancellation of the existing Arms Licence and No further complaint shall be entertained for the matter.
