Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto informed that proposal is made for the bifurcation of Asukhomi Village into two village Councils i.e. Asukhomi Old village council and Asukhomi New village council under Zunheboto Sadar with the following boundaries:

NORTH: PHUYE NEW VILLAGE

EAST: LOCHOMI VILLAGE

SOUTH: LIZU NAGHUTO VILLAGE 

WEST: VEKUHO OLD VILLAGE

Therefore, the public has been informed to lodge claims/objections if any within 30 days from the date of issue of this notice failing which the bifurcation of Asukhomi Village will be initiated.
