An emergency consultative meeting was held at DC's Office Chamber on 8th October 2021 with Phek District Maytas- Gayatri Victim Association (PDMGDVA), Chakhesang Public Organisation under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Phek, Razouvolie Dozo, NCS.
The DC apprised the members of the seriousness and initiatives taken by the State Government to address the grievances of the Phek District Maytas- Gayatri Victim Association. He conveyed the appeal made by Minister, Planning & Coordination, Land Revenue, Government of Nagaland to PDMGDVA to suspend the "No Reply, No Work" Agitation in the interest of the general public as it will cause immense inconvenience and hamper the developmental activities of the District while assuring the association that the matter will be taken up on priority at the earliest along with the other affected districts, as it is a concern of all.
Chakhesang Public Organization also appealed to PDMGDVA to suspend the agitation and assured to give the full support of Chakhesang Public Organisation to PDMGIDVA, as CPO is also a petitioner in the case.
Basing on the request and appeal of the Minister, Planning & Coordination, Land Revenue, Government of Nagaland, in the presence of Chakhesang Public Organization, the Phek District Maytas- Gayatri Victim Association agreed to suspend the ongoing "No Reply, No Work” Agitation with immediate effect.
