In the Interest of Public Service and pursuance of section 5 (1) and (2) of the Right to Information Act, the Government of Nagaland has designated the following Officers as First Appellate Authority (FAA), Public Information Officer (PIO) and Assistant Public Information (APIO) in the State Planning Machinery under Planning & Coordination Department as under:
