Officials and personnel who were drafted for election duty in the upcoming bye election to the 14 Southern Angami-I (ST) Assembly Constituency casted their votes through postal ballots at DPDB Conference Hall, Deputy Commissioner's Office Complex, Kohima on 31st October 2020.  

General Observer for Bye-Election, S.K Pradhan and DC & DEO Kohima, Mohammed Ali Shihab A along with election agent/representatives from the party of National Democratic Progressive Party, (NDPP), Naga People Front (NPF) and Independent (IND) witnessed the facilitation process.
