The Department of Social welfare Longleng organized Poshan Maah closing program on 30th September 2023 at CDPO office premises Longleng. 

Er. T. Shahnyu Phom, Sr. Supervisor, in his keynote address, spoke on Poshan Abhiyaan - National Nutrition mission and Poshan Maah 2023, with the theme Nutritional Rich India, Educated India and Empowered India, where various program is initiated by the government through poshan Maah, he appreciated Anganwadi workers and helpers for working tirelessly in National Nutrition mission, he said that there is a significant improvement in the district with the celebration of Poshan Maah. He also encourage the workers and helpers to bridge the gap between the Government schemes and implementation of it by disseminating awareness to the mass by Jan Aandolan.

L. Shamdok Menlei Phom, Supervisor, gave away the presentation, first best performing Anganwadi workers Y. Pangchu Phom, Longleng-D and best performing anganwadi helpers M. Phengmei Phom, Orangkong-B, in cooking competition Oushak-A recive the first while Dungkhao-A and Bhumnyu-Cand Bhumnyu-E recive the second and third, short speech was also delivered by the awardee. 

Ngupla, AWW Longleng-G shared her experience on Poshan Maah. Earlier the program was chaired by S. Longhong, District Coordinator Poshan Abhiyaan, the program ended with vote of thanks by Pauloi Phom, District Project Assistant, Poshan Abhiyaan.
