On the second day of the Ninth Session of the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly held at NLA Hall, Kohima on 3rd September 2026, Chief Minister and Minister-in-Charge of Finance, Nagaland, Dr. Neiphiu Rio presented the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India on Social (including Local Governments Audit), Economic, General and Revenue Sectors for the year ended 31st March, 2024 of the Government of Nagaland, Report No. l of 2026 (Civil and Commercial) and the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India on State Finances for the year 2024-25 of the Government of Nagaland Report No.2 of 2026 (State Finances Audit Report).

Minister of Public Health Engineering and Cooperation, Jacob Zhimomi presented the Nagaland Cooperative Policy, 2026 while Minister for Power and Parliamentary Affairs, KG Kenye presented the Rules of Procedures and conduct of Business in Nagaland Legislative assembly (Sixth Edition).

Advisor and Chairperson of the Committee on Estimates (2026 - 2027), Kuzholuzo Nienu presented the 162nd Report on the Examination of the Estimates of the Department of Horticulture-Mission Organic Value Chain Development of Northeast Region (MOVCD-NER) and the 163rd Report on the Examination of the Estimates of the Rural Development Department (NSRLM, SPMRM/NRUM, PMAY-G).
