The Electoral Registration Officer of 18-Chozuba Assembly Constituency has issued a notice of publication of electoral roll draft dated 20th September, 2026. The electoral roll has been prepared in accordance with the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960, and a copy thereof is available for inspection at the office of the Assistant Electoral Registration Officer and Booth Level Officers during office hours.

The qualifying date for the preparation of the Electors Rolls is 01.10.2026. With reference to the above qualifying date, if there be any claim for the inclusion of a name in the roll or any objection to particulars in any entry, it should be lodged on or before the 20.10.2026, in Form 6, 7, or 8 as may be appropriate.

The claim or objection should either be presented in the office to the Booth Level Officers or Assistant Electoral Registration Officer or Electoral Registration Officer or sent by post to the addressee Electoral Registration Officer, 18-Chozuba Assembly Constituency as to reach not later than the aforesaid date.
