Joint Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Hiazu Meru issued the daily report on Law & Order and Facilitation of Essential Goods & Services in the State for 26th June. He informed that 6 violations of the lock down have been reported and 6(Six) persons were bound down. An amount of Rs. 700(Seven Hundred) was imposed as fine for not wearing masks.  He added that no incident of law & order has been reported in the State.

The report informed that all essential commodity shops remain opened in all the districts of the State and maintained that no shortage of essential commodities have been reported in any part of the State. It added that no movement restriction was imposed for the distribution of essential commodities and on e-commerce agents.

According to the report, migrant workers affected by the COVID-19 restrictions were provided food & shelter and informed that there is 1(One) active relief/shelter camp and 1 (One) food camp. Also, 69(Sixty Nine) persons were given food.
