The 73rd Republic Day was celebrated at Pfutsero with Additional Deputy Commissioner, Japhet Woch as the special guest. On arrival, ADC unfurled the national flag, took the rashtriya salute and read out the Republic Day speech.

As part of the celebration, the government departments helped the differently abled persons in Pfutsero town. Earlier in the morning, national flags were hoisted in all government offices, institutions and some private residences.
