Five buses carrying a total number of 99 Bangalore returnees coming from Dimapur were received by the District Administration of Peren along with Medical Staff, Police personnel, DPRO staff, JAC members and Baptist Pastor's Fellowship, Jalukie town on 5th June, 2020 at reception centre set up at GHSS ground, Jalukie.

On their arrival, a short program was organised by Baptist Pastor's Fellowship, Jalukie town wherein a prayer was said by Rev. Sahingmak Newme. Do's and dont's to be followed at quarantine centre was briefed by Industries & Commerce Inspector, Alum Zeliang.

After a short formal program, the returnees underwent thermal screening and necessary details were recorded by the screening team. 

Food packs and gift packages were also distributed by the District Administration and BBBP team.

Thereafter, the returnees were segregated where 64 male returnees were escorted to GHSS Chapel Hall and St. Xavier College Auditorium Hall quarantine centre and 35 female to GHSS facility quarantine centre.
