Results of the election to Ward 11 (Zhipa) under Pfutsero Town Council, which was held on 28th October 2025, was declared today, 31st October 2025. Between the two Independent contesting candidates, Krokulo Khutso secured 315 votes constituting 54.40% of the total valid votes, while Tewu Mero polled 264 votes, constituting 45.59%. Krokulo Khutso won by a margin of 51 votes. Out of a total of 594 votes polled, there were 579 valid votes and 15 invalid cases.

Earlier, out of a voter turnout of 87.09% (594), the participation of male voters stood at 48.48% (288) and that of female voters at 51.51% (306), with female voters outnumbering male voters. As regards age cohort, 21.11% (144) of the voters were in the age group of 18-25 years; 35.7% (244) in 26-40 age group; 24% (163) in 41-60 age group; 5.8% (40) in 61-80 age group; and 0.4% (3) voters were above 80 years of age.

For the smooth, peaceful and successful completion of the election, the State Election Commission, Nagaland congratulated the various officials connected with the election process for their dedicated efforts as well as acknowledged the cooperation received from the electors, Civil Society Organizations and the State Government.
