The Office of the Sub- Treasury Officer, Tseminyu, has informed all pensioners who receive their pension from the Office of the Sub- Treasury Officer, Tseminyu, that the annual physical verification for 2025 is scheduled to take place from 16^th September 2025 to 19^th September 2025. The purpose of this verification is to ensure the continued eligibility of all pensioners.

Required Documents for the Physical Verification:

PPO Book

Life Certificate (duly attested by a Gazetted Officer

ID Card issued by the Pensioners' Association

note: Life certificates can be collected free of cost from the Pension section starting 25^th August, 2025

Important Instructions:

1.      Pensioners are advised to refer their PPO Book Serial Number and report for physical verification on the allotted date.

2.      Pensioners who have not completed 6 (Six) months from their first payment are exempted.

3.      Pensioners who are incapacitated by bodily illness or infirmity, and in all cases where such inability may be alleged, shall be required to submit their residential address and contact number.

4.      The facility for a video-based verification is extended to the following categories of pensioners:

I. Pensioners who are aged 80 years and above, as per pension records

II. Pensioners, who are bedridden, paralyzed, PwD/mentally incapacitated.

5.      Where video-based verification is not feasible, a door-to-door verification will be undertaken by deputed officials to ascertain the existence of the pensioner at their residential address.

6.      No extension will be granted beyond the specified dates.

7.      The pension disbursement for September 2025 will be withheld for all pensioners who fail to complete the physical verification.
