EAC Pfutsero, Dr. Riku Khutso NCS has informed that (2) two carcasses of full-grown pigs were dumped near Ciepi, Porba village along the Pfutsero-Phek road by unidentified persons causing a grave threat to public health and safety. Spot verification was conducted with the Police, village authorities, NGO, and Department of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Pfutsero, and carcasses were safely disposed and due investigation is being carried out.

Therefore, the general public has been informed to remain vigilant for such cases and report immediately to the concerned authorities.
