In a momentous gathering at the Bhumnyu Village Council Hall, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra unfolded with great fervor on December 11, 2023 at Bhumnyu Village Council Hall. Commencing with the screening of the Sankalp (Pledge) video for the Viksit Bharat Opening Movie and a recorded message from the Prime Minister, the event proved to be a noteworthy occasion.

In his keynote address C.P.S Bakshi, IRS, Jt. Secy, Ministry of Minority Affairs and District Prabhari Officer VBSY to Longleng, expressed gratitude for the warm reception. He underscored the significance of Viksit Bharat, urging participants to capitalize on the various flagship schemes offered by the Government of India. He said that the event aimed to empower the community through heightened awareness and accessibility to government schemes.
