In view of the forthcoming Independence Day celebration, a coordination meeting of all the Heads of Offices in Peren district was held on 5th August 2022 at DC's Conference Hall, Peren. 

Presiding over the meeting, ADC Peren, Keyirangding Hegui informed the board regarding the campaign 'Har Ghar Tiranga' where he requested all the Heads of Offices of various departments to obtain National Flags from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner and hoist in their respective office buildings or establishments, private residences and institutions from 13th August to 15th August 2022.

In the meeting, work distribution for construction of welcome gate & decorations, improvement of roads, seat arrangements, PA arrangement etc. were assigned to the concerned departments for the successful conduct of the celebration programme. As part of the preparation, the board also decided to conduct a mass social work on 12th August 2022 starting from 9:00 AM onwards.

ADC Peren in his concluding remarks, directed the Heads of Offices to ensure strict attendance of all the staff working under them during the mass social work and Independence Day celebration. He also requested them to instruct their respective staff to compulsorily and actively take part without fail.
