The Zunheboto district DPDB meeting for the month of November was held on 10th November at town hall Zunheboto, adhering to the SOP, under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner and vice chairman DPDB, Peter Lichamo.

As proposed at the previous board meeting on the point of upgradation of GMS Amiphoto to high school, DEO briefed the house on the details of the institute, qualifying the criteria for upgradation. The board decided to forward the proposal for further procedures.

The house also, after thorough deliberation, decided to forward an application for registration of Covenant Kids Academy school to the concerned directorate for further process.The house unanimously decided to recommend for recognition of urban centre at Akuluto town.

Deputy Commissioner, after thorough discussion with the board, reminded EE PWD on the point raised on several occasions about the poor road conditions under their jurisdictions, that the department's presence should be felt by the people.

The meeting concluded with the chairman greeting the members for the Ahuna festival.
