Aboi subdivision thanksgiving programme was organized by the District Administration for achieving the 1st position and best innovative solutions in the ULB Award at Town Hall, Aboi on 23rd July 2022.

The newly appointed ADC, Anoka H Assumi delivered the welcome address and expressed gratitude to the ward authorities, different organizations, NGOs, and political parties for their effort and support throughout and for achieving this milestone. He further urged the gathering for joint efforts and cooperation in the days to come.

            DC Mon, Ajit Kumar Verma, IAS expressed gratitude and extended appreciation to all the stakeholders for achieving the awards. He further urged the gathering to make good use of the innovations in waste production control for a sustainable future. 

An interaction session was held with the sub divisional officers. The programme was led by Yanithung N Ngullie, SDO(C), Aboi; short speeches were delivered by Konyak Union Aboi Town and Pangkai on behalf of ward presidents, and GBs Union.

The event was attended by sub-division officers, government officers, Konyak Union, representatives from the 9 wards, members of Aboi Town students union, KNSK, GB union, and different political leaders.
